Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
- Arrange client for property visit & meeting.
- Presenting company product and services to the clients.
- Maintaining clients' database in CRM software.
- Respond to sales inquiry.
- Develop and execute regional sales plan.
- Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
- Maintain sales & others reports.
- Any other duty assigned by the management.
Requirements:
⮚ Must have minimum 01 to 2 years of work experience in Real Estate sector
⮚ Good Communication Skill.
⮚ Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, English & Bangla Type)
